Launching

How much does it cost to launch a token?: Only the network fee. The creator buy is optional, and it is a purchase of your own token.
Do I have to make a creator buy?: No. Without a creator buy of at least 0.05 ETH you do not earn the creator share, and it goes to buyback and burn instead. See Launching a token.
Can I change the supply or the fee for my token?: No. Every token has a supply of 1 billion and the same 1% fee and split. Nobody can change them.

Why did my early buy get so few tokens?: Buys in the first 5 seconds after a launch pay a snipe tax, starting at 99% and gone from the fifth second. See Buying and selling.
Can I sell before the token graduates?: Yes. You can sell back to the bonding curve at any time until graduation. Selling crew tokens reduces your crew share.
Can I trade a Cru token on other apps?: After graduation, yes. Trades that other apps route through the Cru pool pay the same 1% fee and count toward rewards. Trades in any other pool for the token, at any time, pay nothing to the creator or crew.
Is there a minimum buy?: 0.0001 ETH on the bonding curve. Buys in the pool after graduation have no minimum.

I bought after graduation. Do I earn rewards?: No. Only tokens bought on the bonding curve before graduation earn the crew share. See The crew.
Can I move my crew tokens to another wallet?: You can, but for the crew it counts the same as selling. Your crew share drops, the same fraction of your unclaimed rewards goes to buyback and burn, and the receiving wallet does not join the crew.
If I sell and buy back, do I get my share back?: No. Crew share you give up is gone for good. Before graduation, a new curve buy adds new crew tokens that earn from then on. After graduation nobody can join or add to the crew.
When can I claim?: From 24 hours after the token graduates. That applies to the creator too. After that you can claim at any time, as often as you like.
What are rewards paid in?: ETH.
What happens to my rewards if the token never graduates?: They can never be claimed. You can still sell your tokens back to the curve.
Does claiming affect my crew share?: No. Claiming only pays out what you have earned. Your crew balance stays the same.

Who runs the buybacks?: Anyone. When a buyback is due, whoever sends the transaction earns a tip of 0.5% of the ETH it spends. See Buyback and burn.
Does referring someone reduce what they earn?: No. Your 10% comes out of the protocol's share. See Referrals.
Can someone change their referrer later?: No. The referrer is set by a wallet's first launch or curve buy and never changes.

Which network does Cru run on?: Robinhood Chain. You need ETH on Robinhood Chain to launch or trade.
Can the Cru team take my funds or change the rules?: No. The owner account can only change the treasury address and pause new launches. See Safety and risks.
